About Refunds for Digital Downloads

Once you download a theme or plugin from WP Double Deal, you can’t return it. We only offer refunds if the digital product doesn’t work at all.

If there’s a problem with the product, we’ll try to fix it first. If we can’t, you’ll get your money back. Our team is here to help 24/7 with any questions or help you need with setting up our digital products. Just contact us.

Remember, we’re not the makers of these products, so there are limits to the technical help we can give. We don’t change how products work or fix bugs made by the creators.

You can get a refund if the product you got from us doesn’t work at all.

We support our products and help you with any issues, but you should know what you’re buying and why.

When You Can’t Get a Refund

There are some times when we can’t give a refund:

  • WP Double Deal Memberships – Our memberships give you lots of products for a good price. You can cancel anytime, but don’t buy the VIP Membership just to try it out.
  • Asking for a refund for the same product more than once.
  • Sales and discounts are for new orders only. You can’t use them to get refunds or part-refunds on what you already bought.

We might give you a refund if:

  • The product doesn’t work at all.
  • The product was very different from its description.
  • You didn’t download much from our site.

We might not give a refund if:

  • You changed your mind.
  • You bought something by mistake and already downloaded it.
  • You can’t install the product.
  • The product doesn’t work with your WordPress, other plugins, or web settings.
  • The product doesn’t do what you want.
  • The product asks for a license key or activation.
  • Your website broke when installing the product.
  • You didn’t get help from WP Double Deal.
  • You didn’t let our support team check your site to help with our product.

Other Things to Know:

  • You can stop your account anytime, but no refunds for stopping.
  • If you get a refund, you can’t use the premium products anymore.
  • If a product update still doesn’t work, we might reduce your refund amount.
  • Refunds can take up to 14 days to show in your account.
